The Great Management Challenge The Great Management Challenge will be run on three consecutive days of festival. Each day will bring a new challenge and corresponding fast track workshop. The first team in each day, with a successfully completed project, will be given bonus items and a timed head start for the next event. Teams of two to four students can register together for this exciting new award process. No experience is necessary - but an active interest in marketing, public relations, development and general management is! Master Classes, Panels and Workshops Topics range from conceptualizing a play to instruction on specific techniques in research, design and technical execution. There are programs for all areas of interest: set, costume, lighting, make-up and sound design, technical direction and related fields, theatre management, and on innovative theatre technologies. Roundtable discussions with pre-eminent designers are open to all festival attendees.
